I was a kid in 68. I remember laying in bed at night worrying the country was coming apart. Any other old timers think the same?

68 ended with the reading of Genesis while Apollo 8 orbited the moon. Don't think anything that cool will happen in 2017.

I was born in 68

Disgusted with what I see today

I feel like this country is lost and Trump is just a temporary reprieve

Trump isn't a reprieve. He's a symptom.

I can remember going to the peace rallies in the empty lot behind the LSU Union and thinking "Man, what a great place to score some grass and pick up chicks".

funny how when all the groovy stuff was happening Nixon was getting elected twice as was Reagan in CA

almost makes you think the hyped left wing shite wasn't as ubiquitous as the left would have you believe

Oh boy I can't wait for our version of the Kent State shootings.

Just the thought of National Guard opening fire on a mob of dirty ANTIFA scumbags makes my dick rock hard.

You think that Trump is a reprieve? As someone who isn't a member of either of the two major parties, I felt so much better under Obama, Dubya and Clinton. I was too young to remember H.W.

Forced bussing was my first indication that we were on a rocky road for the future. Considering our present educational day system, I have no qualms about being correct.
