I saw where the gif Tweeted by Trump wasn't even the same gif posted by HanAssholeSolo. CNN just needed a victim to send a message. Disgusting.

I'm very late in this thread, but as a Farker who makes animated gifs, it's easy to show layers on Photoshop from a gif. Literally anyone can do so, so that doesn't prove much. Not saying that guy is lying, but just showing how it can easily be done.
