i think there may be a handful of somewhat reasonable people in the WH who think this and think that her incompetence is a liability. but i think the truth is that her race, gender, sexuality, AND incompetence are all by design. it has just become commonly accepted that the very mouthpiece of the regime is going to answer nothing, explain nothing, and take responsibility for nothing - ever. i believe that is deliberate. no matter how dire the situation, how ridiculous the Biden frick-up, or how serious the threat to the country, they can stick her out in front of the press to maintain some sense of normalcy with a press conference, knowing that even if she says the stupidest, most non-sensical garbage, she is only doing what everyone expected anyways.
she is simply of a layer defending the regime against any accountability on anything, ever. she is incompetent - by design.
