They would be forced to carry their own liability insurance. Same as any other professional. If they're a bad cop they will become uninsurable and then be out of a job. That's how it would help.

All she had to do was comply. Seems pretty simple to me. All he did was ask to see her ID and license. Which is required by law when operating a vehicle. Which is how about every interaction happens as far as Ive seen on all the cop cam videos.. she thought she was special.
Also, many times the officers begin collecting info before discussing it.
Go be a cop for a month. See how you do. I can imagine how it would go...
