This is the actual fake news that dems refuse to talk about. Not 100% completely fabricated stories like Hillary is an alien or Trump has sex with his daughter.

'Respected' people in the dem media sphere tweet or write things with VERY limited knowledge and then just use conjecture to come up with some theory that they like.

It is then retweeted or shared thousands of times by the sheep.

Then people poke many holes in the theory/story.

Several days later there is a brief retraction (or sometimes none at all).

Then onto the next one.

Also I realize that republicans in the media do this too, but right now with the OMG RUSSIA!!!! phase we're in it's not even close between who puts out more of this garbage.

Notice how his whole theory revolves around the assumption that everything Steele says is correct. Steele was a PAID political operative of both the Republicans and Hillary Clinton, but that doesn't seem to bother Abramson in the least.

Second, Abramson said that nothing in Steele's dossier has been "disproven." That is patently false. The dossier alleges that Michael Cohen was in Prague in August in order to secretly meet with Russians. Unfortunately for Steele, Cohen came forward and debunked that story with a solid alibi. He then went on to say he's never been to either the Czech Republic or Russia in his life. He even volunteered his passport.

What's worse, Cohen's denial was confirmed by none other than CNN's Jake Tapper who reported that they investigated and confirmed that Steele's dossier was referring to the wrong Michael Cohen.
