Is it executive overreach because Obama and Bush essentially have done the EXACT same things, the courts are basing their decisions on campaign rhetoric which is not a basis for legal argument as it applies to the Executive enforcing immigration law.

That point bothers me as well, Trump is essentially an independent so his policy positions don't necessarily fit into Democrat vs. Republican. But, other than health care, I'm not seeing from a policy point where he's running counter. It may have something to do with the incoherent approach of the Republicans in Congress. Yeah, on Comey his stories contradict, but so what? He had the power to fire Comey and the right, who cares why he fired Lurch .

The Russian thing is not policy, it's a side show
