They could have video & audio evidence of him ordering it, they could have video & audio evidence of him admitting to it, & him fully admitting it writing & still nothing would happen to Barry.

I say leave him alone and throw his minions who actually did the dirty work in prison. He wont be a martyr and people will be punished to protect him. Its time to start making examples of these people.
