If Mark Levin was 10 or 15 years younger would you back him for SCOTUS?

Me personally, I think he’s easily the one person in conservative talk radio that understands the Constitution fully. Served under Edwin Meese during Reagan. Consistently espousing the Founders’ ideals on how the government should run.

Hell, I’d be all in for him right now.

You people get a bit carried away with who you want to make SCOTUS. Let's pump the brakes a bit

I’m not saying that he’ll even be nominated, I’m just asking if he would get support from the board.

No - I like him But he would be more controversial than he’s worth.

Pick a solid conservetive from the list of 20 - it’s been out for like 2 years so it will look lame of the Dems to cry bloody murder when they haven’t said shite about it in forever

No. SCOTUS judges need to be largely off the record, imho. Not that he wouldn’t make rulings precisely as the Constitution demands, because he would. I just don’t like every day firebrand judges.

Without question - it would almost be worth it now - his father is 92 and still a working author. Mark would project 25 years of absolute awesomeness on the highest court.

Frankly, I'd prefer him for AG should Sessions move on.

A lot of his views of the intent behind constitutional provisions lack evidence.

Why? He'd be an originalist in the mold of Scalea.

His health isn’t very good even now. He’s got heart problems and breathing problems, just had his back worked on too. I don’t know if he’ll make it as long as his dad is right now.

I understand that, his conservative views aside, he’s a Constitutional originalist.
