I wonder if there's a state AG that might consider bring fraud charges against the DNC?

We know from the DNC hack/leak (I believe his name was Seth Rich), that the entire primary process was a dog and pony show and that the fix was in from the start. Seems to me that to the extent that any state spent taxpayer money for Democratic primaries, there may be a basis for an action for fraud.

It's a sly way of using all caps without using all caps.

state?

I believe federal RICO charges could be brought against the DNC leadership for a multitude of crimes.

Too bad Trump is so ineffective as a leader he can't manage to get the DOJ to see things the way you do

Bernie supporters have filed a civil suit against the DNC for rigging the election. The DNC's response is, "We can rig it if we want to."

If Trump wanted Sessions to do so, he could simply order him to do so. He wouldn't have to "get the DOJ to see things his way"

I swear to baby Jesus, it's like some of you never took a basic Civics course.

So you think that Sessions and Trump are just willfully ignoring a potential RICO case?
