They are still trying to come up with an excuse to not confirm him. Unfortunately for them, unanimously confirming him in 2006 makes it hard for them to not be completely hypocritical.

Think about how much melting they've done since before his Inauguration to now. It has to be freaking exhausting...they've been protesting and angry from one issue to the next for a month straight
