I googled "Robert Mueller" and google asked to use my current location

well I just typed in Robert and it auto-filled Mueller..

Just so you know. Google "asked" but they took your location anyways.
Also my computer at home somehow has in the history the stuff I Google on my phone. I've never connected my phone to this computer. Google has connected the two through my wifi without my permission.

I just typed in r and it immediately wanted my location and came up with "restaurants near me." What the hell? Am I being monitored?
