That was the Fox News team that reported that, along with extra details that he was hitting him once he got the reporter on the ground.
The Fox News witness version of it was much worse than the victim's own version of events where he didn't mention being choked by the neck or hit while on the ground.
The most pathetic part of the story is that nameless nutjob having his spokesman lie about what happened and blaming the reporter as the aggressor before realizing that the Fox News witnesses would report the truth.
