I am really confused by progs vitriol towards cops and the anthem

And the progs are down on the anthem
Why are our peace keepers and public servants villainized? Why is standing for the anthem a bad thing?

The NFL, its players and its owners support cop killing, as do its sponsors. And of course, progs.

It's called a problem with authority. Some people have no respect for it. Whether it be a school teacher, police, God or whatever.

Incidents are caught on cell phones. Some cop shoots a man and we all see and hear about it.

These are 2 totally separate issues.
As far as the cops, they have no one to blame but themselves.
By and large, they are little more than roided up meatheads just out looking for a reason to beat your arse or shoot your pet.
BLM messed up when trying to make it all about race rather than the real issue of the increasing militarization of police and their overwhelming corruption.

This is correct.
And there is a definable reason:
A lack of a responsible male role model in the family. It begins here with children being born to single women that need support of a daddy government, the emotional female raising the children with what she only knows and her life experiences combined, then progression to anger at a broken system. It's sad but true.
Obviously individual results may vary from this reasoning, but as a whole this seems to be the problem, imho.

Just because one group is more likely to commit a crime doesn't mean they deserve to get murdered by cops.
