ME??? ME??

Have you looked in the mirror lately??

I'm not the one painting that brush. Look at those you follow. First it was the new "Ice age" from the 1970's. Then it was "Global warming" until new data showed an increase in Ice in the Antartic. Now it's "Climate change" when you can't win on facts.

Who is painting such a wide brush? I give you facts and data and you give me mush.

That is not what the warming alarmists are claiming. And, even accepting it is "a bit," the proposals to "fight" it are unacceptable.

My point in my original reply was, that a middle ground has to be found. Both sides are going for the kill however, and want to totally debunk the other argument.
The truth about it all,is someplace in the middle.

To actually articulate how crazy your side is, it's now blamed on Cow shite. Think about that. The new theory is cow poop. Just wait 7 years and blame it on umbrellas or beer cans. I can wait.

There is no middle ground. Either you are right or you or wrong. How the hell you come up with "Middle ground" on global warming?

You have no convictions because inside you see a big fat flaw.

You're thinking in terms of the False Dichotomy...either this or that.

More people die because of cold than warmth.
A slight warming will increase the range and time that crops can be grown.
An increase in temps can cause more rain in arid areas.
etc.

That said, a slight increase..or decrease..can cause zero problems one way or the other.
It's called climate cycles.

What are you afraid of, exactly?
In the last 100 years how much has the Earth Warmed?
How have you noticed this increase and what effect has it had on your life?

That I follow? You have no clue WTF I follow, and you are showing why making blind assumptions is a bad thing.

I am in the trucking business, and I assure you,EPA regulations are costing me some money right now. You don't want me explaining about the expenses of malfunctioning DEF systems and how ridiculous it really is.I hope though, the bugs will get worked out soon, because if it MIGHT help,I am willing to give it a shot.

You owe me four posts. Two of which were at least mildly funny. And 7:48 of viewing time.

Just saying.

I'm certainly enjoying my golf rounds this month. Last year I was playing in 42F weather this time of year. Now it's 65-70. WIN!

It would be odd if it didn't change. There is no thermostat thats set for the planet.

The earth is very old but you have noticed a change in climate. Compared to what? 1,000 years ago? Do you not see how foolish you are?

This is like Al Gore and his airport kiosks that say "Put $20 in here for carbon offsets."

I am quite sure people of your mind convinced themselves they just saved the planet.

The point being, when do humans think for themselves instead of being told WHAT to think. The only people who got rich off of that were people like Al Gore who bought a 15 bedroom mansion because "he cares about energy and the enviroment"

Same guy with a private jet, (talk about carbon prints) and the guy who smokes fat cigars, is overweight and laughing all the way to the bank. Good job!

Ok genius, you are the motherfricker that's got it all figured out. Is that what you want me to think?
Because the only SOBS that believe that, about themselves, turn out to be the biggest morons.
The cats on both sides of the issues, are the ones making out like a bandit.
If you believe either side 100%,you are in their trap.
It's just like The Service Manager at the Freightliner dealership, complaining about he pollution systems as he takes my check for 3 grand. I know he is smiling inside.
I'll bet he sends a tax deductible donation to some environmental group every year,if the truth was known.
Hell, you can make a career out of complaining about the EPA,write some books,go on speaking tours and die a millionaire, but if you ever were to come up with a 100% truth that would destroy your adversaries, you would end your own money train.
Both sides of the argument, need the other to stay strong, and that is why neither side can be trusted. Both sides spout over the top garbage.

There isn't much profit in the truth.
I don't know the answers to everything,but I do know one thing,anybody that says he has them all,he's a fricking idiot,or a con-man.
I don't believe anybody on either side. I just do the best that I can. It's the only thing I have any influence over.
