I don't think she is. She's under constant threat of having a hit man on her back, and her husband I'd be surprised survives the year (He's #1 on my bucket list). She's fricked due to losing this election.
She's lost absolutely everything and is no doubt looking over her shoulders at all time, knowing for a fact her ex husband will soon be killed and their child will grow up without a father. There is nothing lucky about Huma and she is finished.

What scrutiny?
The democratic establishment, media would've done everything they could to cover it up and along with Loretta, the Clintons had enough friendly people in the FBI to deep six the investigation.
Contrast that with the real reality of today, The media and some in the GOPe are running buckwild with the russian narrative, blowing the hell out of it for all to see and Trump doesn't have enough friendly people in the DOJ and FBI to keep a lid on the investigation.
