I'm surprised that the Dems haven't attempted to draw up OSHA regulations. Criminality is an occupation. And it's inherently dangerous. There needs to be govt guidelines to insure the safety of criminals.

I really hope that there aren't people who think like the author dos. I mean surely he really does understand that the 4th Amendment guarantees you get a trial if the GOVERNMENT charges you with a crime. It doesn't guarantee that you will be allowed to commit the crime in the first place.

There is a difference between some states retardedly low level of proof required to satisfy stand your ground laws.. and actual self defense.
