Our best bet might be to just pack up and get the hell out of SK. Let Japan, SK and China sort it out.

I know this post kind of sucks, but it is interesting the different reaction many people have when they are truly afraid for their own lives. It is also easy to criticize the decision makers from the sidelines.

I just don't understand the analogy.

Care to go deeper?

Well, we'll let it die in Internet and downvote oblivion.

Again. Great thread.

NKs missiles can't hit us. It would be shot down if it even made it it back into the atmosphere without burning up. The Norks don't have the missile tech China or Russia have.

I agree that Iraqi Freedom was a huge mistake. I have always believed that. Because Iraq was not a direct threat to the US. Doesn't it seem that NK is a direct threat? Makes the two different in my opinion.

Which is why if we're going to wage war, it has to be total, no holds barred, destructive, hellish war and then get the frick out without giving a single thought to nation building.

What we've been doing in the past 20 years in the mideast is like a rapist trying to develop a good relationship with his victim.

I agree. I'll always believe that the enemy that you know is better than the enemy that you don't know. Saddam as a bigger threat to his own people than anyone else in the world. We wasted so many American lives on a country that was never a threat to us.

That fat diabetic turd is blowing smoke up his own arse. He may be a threat to South Korea, Japan and China, is disturbing. That's why we have to exhaust all diplomatic options. He's not a threat to the US though.
