For the same reason when he saw someone he didn't know in his neighborhood that he felt looked suspicious, he slowly followed him in his car, instead of simply cracking the window and saying "hi, I'm with the neighborhood watch. Do you live around here?"

For the same reason he is on the neighborhood watch, but doesn't even fricking know the building/street numbers of the complex he lives in (something probably every pizza boy in the area does know).

For the same reason that when confronted by Trayvon saying "hey, you got a problem" he responded with "no" and reached for his pocket, instead of identifying himself as a concerned neighbor.

For the same reason he will lives in central Florida, and we still hear about him frequently.

He truly is as fricking stupid as they come.
