Still doesn't tell us what it was changed from. Was the old assessment the Russians were more involved then they walked it back?

Sounds like that after it came out that the Russian banks were just conducting regular, nightly transactions, the reason for the wiretaps cant be reasonably explained. Esp since the entire IC reported that NO AMERICAN was found colluding with Russians.
So since Dec 5th its been "We really weren't investigating Trump". Drastic change (and screams if getting caught with their hand in the cookie jar)
