Colluded with the Russkies for the release of hacked info (we'll ignore that neither Podesta nor the DNC was hacked)
Is this illegal?
Certainly, not good political optics at all, but is it illegal if they had nothing to do with the "hacking"?

Well, if it is not illegal, it is neither a high crime, nor misdemeanor (each of which is a crime). So, I don't know if it would be a basis for impeachment.

It would depend on "colluded." At the very least it could lead to obstruction of justice charges if someone lied to the FBI during its investigation.

Releasing Podestra's emails is noT a crime nor is it destroying democracy. It actually saved democracy.
Asking the people with the material to release it sooner or later, is not a crime.
But what's puzzling, is that Hillary can have all the meetings she wants, make deals, take donations, etc etc with proof of all, yet trumps guys speaking about release dates is impeachable?
