Hillary says Putin interfered in 2016 election and will do it again in 2024; not 2020?

Simple solution, really, Hilldog.
Paper ballots. No electronic machines connected to the Internet.
Signature matching.
Vote in person.
Every tabulation center is staffed by reps from each party plus an independent auditor. No access to phones or computers. When they walk out the door, the count is submitted and all three certify the count and submit it. All ballots with matching signatures match the votes counted.
No precincts communicate with any other precincts. Period.

Yep, and every one of them believe Biden legitimately won.
That is how ignorant they are. They believe Biden got 31% more votes than Hilary.
