"Hillary Clinton will still face investigations into both her use of a private email server and the “pay-to-play” nature of the Clinton Foundation, according to chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Jason Chaffetz.
Chaffetz told Maria Bartiromo on Fox’s ‘Sunday Morning Futures’ the investigation “absolutely” continues.

"This is the largest breach of security, perhaps, in the history of the State Department," he said. “There are dozens of people in that inner circle that we are looking at.”

“We have perjury issues that we still want the Department of Justice to look at. We have allegations of a quid-pro-quo, we don’t know where they’re [FBI] at in terms of their investigation into the Clinton Foundation, and the FBI director, we still have some questions.”

"It’s this huge, massive mess that has to be cleaned up. So we would be remiss if we just dismissed it and moved on," Chaffetz said. "We have a lot of things that we have to fix, so it never ever happens again."

I hope this isn't just BS.

Clinton perjury:

“CLINTON: I know that because there was an exhaustive search done under the supervision of my attorneys, and that is exactly the outcome. We turned over every work related email, in fact, as somebody referred to earlier, we turned over too many.”

Good. Trump doesn't have to push it now he's elected. He can just work with Congress and let them run with it. Same result.

Let's just hang her for treason since she was funneling secrets to our enemies. How epic would the melt be if they actually hung her!

The House has already sent a referral over to the DOJ on this. Thunder thighs Lynch has stonewalled it.

THIS. President-elect Trump should stay as far away from the Hillary prosecution as possible. Let it run it's course hands off.

Same result? Can Congress put her in jail? Is she legally required to comply with a Congressional subpoena?

No.

Congress can't prosecute her.

Well then they should just STFU about it until early Feb, 2017.

I think perjury or obstruction of justice is all that will stick for now. That's what we need to go after. Treason (to my understanding) is a little harder to prove. I'm not saying she hasn't committed treason, I'm just saying they're going to have some difficulty proving it.

Which is why the new DOJ needs to do this. They are the only ones who can bring a criminal prosecution, if it is warranted.

You can make the same argument that Congress also has more important things to do. At least a DOJ investigation can have consequences. A Congressional investigation has no consequences.

I hope they put "Thunder Thighs" as well as Holder under oath. I'd love to send them to prison as much as I would like to "lock her up".

Yes, she already got a congressional subpoena for her e-mails; she then got her attorneys to review them (violating USC 18 s. 793(f)) and delete the famous 33K e-mails. That violated the Federal Records Act USC 18 .s 2071.

The DOJ have to actually prefer the charges I think.

Lynch was as dashed any one with the election of Trump, now that she won't get on the Supreme Court.

Nothing is more important than ensuring the Rule of Law. The Obama people so shamefully obstructed it on behalf of this horrid person.
