the twins who star in HGTV’s recently greenlit reality series Flip It Forward are anti-gay activists

If I run a network, there wouldn't be anyone who is "anti" anybody else on my network. It's just horrible business. The homosexual demographic may not be very large, but the number of people who sympathize with them, women in particular, is huge. I don't understand what's so hard to grasp about this. Having anti-gay hosts on your network watched mostly by women is incredibly bad business.

The Benham brothers were the planned stars of the HGTV show "Flip It Forward," set to premiere in October, in which they would have helped families purchase homes they otherwise could not afford.

awesome. so the gay mafia would rather ban someone from having a show because of their opinion than have that someone help families get a home.
And yet... if these brothers baked cakes, the gays would be beating a path to their door to get a cake made!

HGTV probably has a big homosexual following and we all know how tolerant that group is...

It's about dollars and cents, not about some fictitious "gay mafia" boogeyman.

Or......HGTV probably owns the rights to the show, and will take the same premise and put someone in their that won't offend 90% of their viewing audience.

Toddy will be here shortly to moan about this decision and condemn the network making a business decision that he dislikes. Oh well, I guess I could shed a alligator tear, but that would be too much effort to do.

I'm not the biggest Obama fan, but IMO he had a real opportunity to be a leader when he came out in favor of gay marraige. Instead of simply talking about his "evolution," he could've been a bridge between both sides. All he had to say was something along the lines of how people who are opposed to gay marraige aren't hateful biggots and how those for gay marraige aren't Godless heathens. He could've really calmed people down by advocating tolerance on both sides but that probably didn't fit the intended agenda of why he evolved in the first place.
