You do realize that Jeff Sessions was also a U.S. attorney and was in private practice? Unlike Lynch, he also has experience in the legislative branch.
Qualifications aside (and they are both "qualified"), your link says that Lynch's accomplishments as AG are intervening in the aftermath of Eric Garner's death, starting a community outreach initiative, and suing North Carolina over transgender rights.
Do you call those accomplishments?
