He better shite all over Congress with this weak-arse proposal. Otherwise, you're correct.

For once, I agree with the Hemp Gump.

Honestly the health-care bill is exactly what I expected even if not what I wanted. But that's okay because I voted for Trump with my eyes wide open that he wasn't a conservative. But I knew that he would do a few things. He wouldn't appoint the same type of Supreme Court Justices or other judges that Hillary would. He wouldn't expand regulation. And he probably tax reform. I may be really cool if suddenly he woke up with Ron Paul's ideology. But he didn't. So here we are

Considering the MSM was publishing articles that said it would never be done the day it was dropped it is a step in the right direction.
The press said he would never get the travel ban-done.
They said he would never build a physical wall-he's actively taking bids

Well said. His supreme court picks alone were worth the vote over Hillary. Watching the libs lose their fricking minds has just been the cherry on top of the sundae.

Through his direct power (read, executive orders) he has followed through so for
But, for these items to be fully enacted actually have teeth, he needs bills passed by congress that he can sign....
But, to answer your question, yes, he has followed through on his campaign pledges, and has not like all past presidents, come up with an excuse after being elected not to follow through
only time will tell if he actually gets the legislation to go with his plans

He may feel threatened now.
Congress has hit into a ground ball force out at 2nd.
We are looking at an inning ending double play before he gets to start a war. Its possible that no one likes the new proposal but insurers and big pharma.
Worst thing is congress cannot juggle and chew gum same time.
One big thing at a time. Replacement will suck up all the oxygen of Republican congress efforts while the dems regroup around latest allegations of trump family colluding with terrorists in caspian city of baku.

You work at the IRS? You have some inside information that the audit is over?

He has paid taxes in more than one country.
Doesn't want a special prosecutor because they will be able to subpoena his taxes and business dealings.

He said they would purchase american made steel for the pipelines. In several campaign speeches in OH and PA said he would revitalize the steel plants in those areas to be used for the Dakota pipeline and other upcoming oil industry work.
