Has anyone attempted call either of the LA senators lately? Any luck?

Been calling since last week. Finally didn't get a busy signal today. I got Cassidy's voicemail. Mailbox full.

Frustrating.

Regardless of what message I'd like to send, these people DO work for US. It would be nice if they at least gave the illusion of giving a shite.

This is my move. Easy to say you didn't get the voicemail.

Well it's the government so what do you expect?

That being said, it seems that maybe so many people were calling that the line was busy and the voicemail was full--especially since a senator is a statewide position and probably gets a lot more volume.

What do you want? They could be working on the calls well before your's.

Got to your local country club on Sunday at lunch - you will find them there parking in handicap spots.

This is true. Money talks. Zip and area codes also talk a bit too.

Go to contact.

I count 8 different numbers you can try.

Are you trying the DC number? That is probably the issue. Every national interest group calls that number.

Call whatever local office is yours. And if that doesn't work, seriously do go visit in person. Elected officials do care what their constituents think, especially if it doesn't seem "fake" or mass produced.

Your one call may not make a difference, but if 10 other people call with the same issue, they will notice (if they are real constituents).

Does it matter?

I'll pass on the personal attacks when people find fault with whatever it is that I care enough about to call my senator over.
