No. A system of humans will make mistakes.
If "the system" was "biased" in the way you're framing, then he would have 0% shot of a fair and legitimate appellate review. If Harvey Weinstein got one, there's no reason to presume Trump won't. Hence, why this is good news for Trump.

He won't get a fair trial in New York and its very likely the appellate courts won't overturn here. This will have to go to the Supreme court. That's just the reality in play here.
Would be shocked to see it go any other route

I'm sure Weinstein ran a very active casting couch, but that looks to me more like soliciting prostitution in exchange for lucrative roles and career advancement. Somehow, I don't think that a man of his wealth and means needed rape to get laid.

But if you are referring to my assertion that he's likely a powerful dem being let off the hook by sympathetic left-wing courts, I'd like to refer you to the Woody Allen case, the Ted Kennedy case, the R Kelly acquittals, Kevin Spacey, Jussie Smollet, Alec Baldwin, Michael Jackson, OJ Simpson, Don King, Robert Blake, Roman Polanski, etc. I could literally go on forever.
