But if they use the mechanisms of democracy to take over the U.K. at the ballot box, they'll have the entire British military at their dispoasl, in which case the can pursue their geopolitical ambitions in a "respectable" manner, using fighter jets, cruise missles and nuclear submarines, instead of suicide bombers. Wouldn't it be an improvement if the Islamists gave up terrorism and guerilla tactics in favor of conventional war?

You show flashes of sheer analytical brilliance, on occasion, TF. I think you might just be toying with us lightweights.

Seriously though, Morsi won the vote over in Egypt, based on lies. Obama too. But like I've long realized...it all comes down to who/what First Principles that the Military serves. I heard some guy say that there are 21 MILLION seasoned/hardened/skilled Vets out there now. It'll be whatever leader wins them over, who ends up running the show. And most certainly not illegals or the single women who think that the 'social conservatives are ruining the Republican party'.

Its become obvious who the 3 or so chodes are who were downvoting all the bashing of Hannity's idiot arse on the first page. The guy is scum and little more than Fox's version of Jerry Springer. But hey, mouth breathers don't want conversation, they want drama and outrage 24/7.

Thx for posting the link. Interesting interview. I liked Zakaria's follow ups.

it is simply factually incorrect to state that Hannity doesn't engage in discussion, he often has group discussions on his show with at least more than 1 viewpoint, something that is not risked on other networks

and he asked the guy if he would renounce oppression of (stoning to death, etc...) women, gays, and fornicators and the guy refused, so why should he show him respect at all?

Further can any of the liberals on this board name one brave liberal politician, who publicly condemns muslim extremists like Hannity does, or is there 1 liberal poster on this board who will renounce this guy and muslim extremism?

Hannity did his job in this interview (if you watch it all the way to the end). He got that terrorist guy to publicly admit everything thing he initially denied.

Hannity lost his cool because this guest is a WELL KNOWN extreme terrorist leader/recruiter.

Zakaria was much more effective than Hannity IMO. You need to give guys like this room to express themselves if you want to expose them, because no one with any sense if going to answer Hannity's ridiculous loaded questions. Another effective interviewer of radicals is Wolf Blitzer. Last month during the Israel-Hamas war, he interviewed both a Hamas spokesman and Likud Knesset member. What's interesting is that Blitzer uses their own words against them, not someone else's words or propaganda.

It's like no one watched this to the end.

Hannity must have done what you said because, in the end, the guy admitted everything he was previously denying

MoUthbreathers, Chodes- Folks who support talkshow hosts who call out radical imams who wish to behead all people who don't share his view of humanity.

------------?, Those who support imams who want to behead them.

Hannity has no substance to his statements; all he can do is spew buzzwords and cheap talking points. How the hell is this guy one of the voices of 'conservatism'?

This. Even when the talking points he spews are true, he does a disservice to the conservative viewpoint because his approach and style drives people away.

There it is. Holder sues the folk in Minnesota who don't want a Mosque spewing seditious and dangerous ideology to kids...but Hannity has no style. The guys who stormed Normandy Beach probably weren't too stylish either.

Telling the truth "drives people away".

But they'll sober up...soon enough.

That PBS show on Fournette was uplifting. This young man can do the Nation a lot of good. And our Tigers!

Yesterday CNN's Brian Stelter debated Choudary. Here's the video:

his wiki says he dropped out of 2 universities (NYU and Adelphi) and doesnt mention a law degree

The only way Hannity has a law degree is if Jerry Falwell printed out some worthless honorary certificate from Liberty and mailed it to him

My personal dislike of Hannity aside, he was in the right to call out this terrorist. Too bad the UK doesn't have a set of balls and won't expel this guy.

The real story here isn't Hannity. It's how Britain allows that piece of shite, and others, to get away with this crap.

Seconded

Thirded - I have been sick of Hannity since his days with Colmes.

Actually Colmes was worse - how either of these idiots keep an audience is beyond me. Only Sharpton and Schultz are worse as TV hosts.

Of course Pelosi, Reid, Obama are worse than all of them.

My guess is that all Choudary does is run his mouth and is careful not to cross the line into treason or sedition, because if he had any type of collaborative relationship with actual terrorists, he'd be in prison. I'm all for letting guys like this run their mouths just like I believe Klansmen and Nazis should be allowed to their mouths, because if you don't believe in freedom of speech for people you despise, you don't believe in freedom of speech at all. Also, I don't see how the U.K. can expel someone who is British born and bred, that what you do to foreigners.
