The word harassment is thrown around by sissies so frequently and incorrectly. These women need to get a grip. Harassment happens when you've told someone to stop and they persist.
"Hey, let's frick" is not harassment.
"Hey, nice arse!" Is not harassment.
"Hey, want to go grab a drink and do the hibity dibity?" Is not harassment.
"Hey, I have a 7 inch penis and would like for you to allow me to insert it into your vagina." Is not harassment.

Pretty sure you should have the ability to go to work and not have any of these said to you by a co-worker.
Besides, who goes to their job and thinks, "I'm gonna hit on my co-workers? That always turns out great!"

Nobody will disagree with you. But being a moron doesn't make you a criminal. "Sexual harassment" is a very serious allegation that carries legal ramifications. The woman in question is apparently a lawyer, and she knows she was wrong.
Harassment means it has to be "clear" that the advances are unwanted. And as another poster stated, can't revolve around favors that impact employment or status.
