What did she do ask someone to video the encounter so that she could post it to social media?

I absolutely support the right of a private business to refuse service. That does not mean they are immune to criticism. It merely means that they should be immune to government intervention on the subject.

Unfortunately the left largely does not feel this way when it comes to businesses behaving in a manner they dislike

And yes. If the government is allowing you to use its courts to attack businesses that do not conform that's government intervention

Regardless. This woman is a heinous piece of shite who has managed to crawl under whatever low bar white nationalist have set

So is he not allowed to use a gym, grocery store, barber shop, restaurant, etc because of his beliefs?

This woman is nuts.

She is nuts, but this is the kind of public shaming that regulates markets. If this is a private facility, Spencer is SOL

You are damn skippy!

Its called freedom of association, and it was severely curtailed by the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

Interesting to see "conservatives" down voting this post.

As for her outing people who disagree with her, as people keep alluding to, isn't she just posting info on people that have gone out of their way to "attack" her? That doesn't seem as bad as y'all are making it out to be.

As for Spencer, I'm not so sure about him these days. I think a little bit of fame has gone to his head.

"Would you be for that? Bet you say yes to appear unbiased."

I would be fine with a gym kicking out a Black Panther, but here's the rub: a business may not kick out a customer based on race. So long as it's clear that the action was taken based on the BP's racist ideology, it should be found legal and I would be fine with it.

This is true. Given the peculiar circumstances of our nation's history, I support the CRA, but it is dishonest not to admit that the benefits of the CRA come at a cost: the diminution of our freedom of association rights.

They are kicking him out on the basis of being in a hate group. You said it was okay because Spencer is a neo nazi, but quickly jump to race with Black Panther party?
