I read the whole article. The U.S. Atty and Barr pretty much put the breaks on it due to it being "during an election". It's dead and done and was shite canned as soon as the potato president was sworn in.

This is true as long as he continues to do the bidding of his overlords in the administrative state and there is no reason to think he has the will or ability to do otherwise.
I never had any doubt that he cut a deal in 2020 to keep his crack head son and dunderhead brother out of Federal prison by going along with the "grand plan".
