Fake news.
They don't care what the congressional approval rating is, only individial polling in their own districts. Most of these guys could murder someone and still get reelected. This poll is the dumbest thing ever. I think it must have been conceptualized by a president to deflect blame/responsibility.

I really wish had Trump had the power to dissolve Congress temporarily and rule on executive order if he found Congress to be a hinderance on the American people, which they are.
