Google called on its employees who may be affected by President Trump’s immigration order to get back to the U.S. as soon as possible, according to a report published Saturday.

quote:

An unidentified source told Bloomberg that the concern is that employees from one of the seven countries that Trump identified may not be allowed back in to the U.S., even if that person has a valid visa. "We are advising our clients from those seven countries who have green cards or any type of H-1B visa not to travel outside the U.S." Ava Benach, a partner at immigration law firm Benach Collopy LLP, said in the report. “No one is really sure whether a green card holder from these seven countries can return to the U.S. now. It’s fairly clear that an H-1B visa holder can’t," Benach said.

Is Google afraid some of there employees may be linked to terrorism?

Trump sold his yacht to a Saudi Prince to pay off his debts.

So they know he is not as rich as he says he is.

Leverage.

I did read on Zero Hedge that coincidentally the muslim countries left off the list are ones that he's done business deals in. Not sure as to the validity.

I would certainly like to see more countries on there. Perhaps we're just taking baby steps right now.

Link or is this more of your typical regressive nonsense? Never mind, the answer is obvious.

Saudi Arabia? Simple. 35,000+ Americans working in Saudi Arabia. What do you think the impact would be to American corporations if Saudi Arabia closed the doors to Americans?

I for one love the protectionist movement going on. Far to long have we imported cheap, foreign workers driving down salaries.

Trump, or any other POTUS, doesn't have the balls to put the Saudis on the list. Saudi Arabia is the Arab Israel - untouchable, even though both countries are full of religeous zealots.

th his battle with Megyn Kelly and Fox News still raging, Donald Trump got into another spat on Thursday—this time with an ultra-wealthy Saudi prince who helped him out, financially, twice in the nineteen-nineties, when some of Trump’s businesses were struggling. On Thursday morning, as part of his daily online blitzkrieg against his enemies, Trump retweeted a picture that appears to show Kelly with Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, a Saudi billionaire who owns stakes in a number of American companies, including 21st Century Fox, the corporate parent of Fox News.

The caption superimposed on the picture reads, in part, “Most people don’t know that the co-owner of Fox News is Prince Al-Waleed of Saudi Arabia here with his sister and with host Mygan Kelly.”

The Saudis have saved Trump from his own bad business deals more than once.

What do you have against foreigners? This is not the first time you are railing against them. Were you laid off and replaced by one or something?
