Google employees shame all men and white people at meetings

The Google engineer that was fired for writing an internal memo that criticized the company’s diversity policy, James Damore, said that employees at Google openly criticize people based on gender and race in meetings.
In a Thursday interview with Ben Shapiro, Damore explained: “You can openly shame white people or all men [at Google], and we do this in our company-wide meetings.”
“There’s definitely a bias toward certain movements,” he added.
Damore also asserted that Google firing him for writing about what they called “harmful gender stereotypes,” only proved the company’s harmful focus on diversity.
“They’re putting their ideology before truth,” Damore said. “When one side is just trying to guilt you and call you names, and the other is actually using evidence and science, you know which one is actually seeking truth.”
The former Google employee also detailed the fact that diversity issues are often exaggerated at the company. He used an example in which a female employee claimed that she didn’t feel “included.”
According to Damore, the woman posted a question “that had something to do with gender,” and received 300 votes on her post. 50 of the votes were negative, which gave her the opinion that one in six people disagreeing with her meant she was not welcome.

What a bunch of wicked people. The SJW have probably infiltrated many Fortune 500 through diversity initiatives. These CEOs are so stupid and will all be taken down because of those people.

I have to wonder if Damore was a diehard Proggie before this.
I shared my unfortunate experience here many times that changed me from a staunch libtard to an IND over a decade ago.
Also part of the reason why Obama being chosen as the Dem candidate just a couple years after my epiphany scared me to death: I KNEW who/what he really was and what his approach/stance on things would do to our country. I wasn't wrong.

No, the CEOs are conforming, just like the Republican't party, because they are scared to death OR they are getting in on the govt dole/handouts (see Apple and their "tax breaks").

Conservatives, even if they disagree with everything you say, will at least grin and bear it and allow you to speak. They're just nicer people in general.

The SJW's have successfully neutered Rs anyway. Look at what they are doing now. When the Dems had this power, they paid themselves back with the Stimulus and "passed" Ocare.
Rs are useless and are just tools for the Dems anyway now. Which is also why I don't understand why Progs hate them so much. They always cave anyway.

This is what I've been talking about.
I'm 100% behind the idea that a private company can hire and fire whomever the frick they want.
But every liberal playing that card in here as some gotcha can go frick themselves because THIS is reality.
The reality is, our government has decided to protect SOME people. Thus, practically speaking, you have systematic government sanctioned oppression.
A company can fire you for saying something a few girls find uncomfortable with no repercussions. But, try exactly the same thing in many other cases and you're going to find yourself in court with the government siding against you.
I'm 100% behind the idea that a private company can hire and fire whomever the frick they want.
But every liberal playing that card in here as some gotcha can go frick themselves because THIS is reality.
