I agree. I've got a soft heart for children, but I don't know what the permanent solution should be. My 6 year old is from Honduras. Would be awesome of good families could take some in.

This is true. And I think Glenn's aware of the insidious nature of the ones who have created and enabled this crisis. It didn't happen by coincidence.

I like Glenn Beck. Even when I disagree with him, I do believe he wants what's best for our country. He really cares about people IMO.

Beck hit rock bottom...the 'void'; he's spoken of it openly many times. The Good Lord bailed him out. Me too. It's hard to be a fake once you know what waits if you do.

I believe he is genuinely a good person. And I believe the present situation disturbs him as much as it does anyone who cares about this country. I care about the children too but something needs to be done to keep the massive influx of immigrants from destroying us economically...and it will if it continues. It needs to be stopped.

He brings up some good points in that link.

Smart too. Predicted the rise of an Islamist Caliphate in the ME...and the critics rolled their eyes, mocked and called him looney. Guess what!

Most of all, he realizes what Power does to folk when they go to Washington. Damnably corrupting. Think the 'insider trading' thing.

It's going to take a crash to bring about the kind of vision and virtue that will enable us to successfully handle the technological power with humanity's reach. Of course, that assumes that we come out and remain at the current level.

Einstein said that (paraphrase) he "didn't know what kind of weaponry WWIII would be fought with...but WWIV would be fought with sticks and rocks". Wise man.

Even though I don't agree with their theology, I've found the Mormons that I've been around to be very good people in general.

Einstein is/was one of the greatest! And he left us with a lot of his insight, vision, and wisdom.

Glen Beck is a very generous man,has been for yrs. you just don't hear that from the mainstream media. Kinda like you don't hear the fact that Those mean Koch brothers have donated over 25 million dollars to the united negro college fund. The se stories don't get fed to democrats by the MSM. Beck is a great American.

I wish we could hear more about these kinds of things through the MSM but I don't think we will. We CAN always look for the good in people. That's when we will find it. I'm glad that Beck has the audience that he has. He sets a good example.

I may take a hit for this, but so be it.... These children, especially those under 13 or so, are totally blameless in all this. We cannot just push them back across the border. I dont think they should stay, but we have a moral obligation as a nation to care for helpless children. If I have to pay some extra taxes to take care of unwanted children ....count me in.

I'm a bit concerned about diseases they've brought with them.

Then I'm guessing it will be a noble one. Dammit Ralph...
