I guess it is time for the St Louis Metrobus to introduce its new fleet changes.

lulz. Those people don't give two shits about Stockley. They just want a reason to tear up the city.

We haven't had a riot in a few days. Should be interesting.

I need some marshmallows, Hershey bars and graham crackers, because it is a S'mores making opportunity.

It's on. St Louis is going to burn tonight.

Well, parts of St Louis...

Drug deal got busted. Smith (heroin dealer) led the cops on a high speed chase.

Stockley, the cop, shot Smith dead after chase was over, in claims of self defense (I believe).

State tried to claim that Stockley planted a gun in Smith's car. This was the biggest piece in the case.

Judge said it would have been an anomaly for a heroin dealer to not have a gun in his car.

Long story short.

Police chase ends in cop shooting suspect then supposedly planting a gun on him. Cop blasted the guy with his personal AK that he wasn't supposed to have on duty. His partner never fired a shot.

Apparently the cop murdered then planted evidence on a victim.

Took bench trial rather than jury, and it looks like the system is protecting one of its own.

But I'm just assuming from what little I've read.

I'm pretty sure he had his personal rifle in the car. But 99% sure he shot him with his police issued firearm.

Well considering in the city of St. Louis, his jury would've been at least 6-7 black people, he made the right decision.

Article didn't elaborate enough on that. I thought it said video showed him exit the vehicle with the AK?

In dash cam video obtained by Fox 2 News, you can see Stockley exit the patrol car with his personal AK-47 style rifle.  It’s a violation of St. Louis police policy to carry a personal weapon.

No that came up in the trial I believe, but I think it was also shown that his personal rifle was never fired that day.

Hmm thanks. Maybe I read it wrong. I really haven't read anything about the case til yesterday.

In another thread someone said the only evidence on the gun belonged to the cop, not the perp.
