Germany is preparing for Vladimir Putin's forces to attack NATO in 2025, according to leaked secret plans.

Secret documents from the German Ministry of Defence reveal a step-by-step doomsday guide on how Russia will escalate the conflict in Ukraine to an all-out war in just 18 months.

The leaked plans, published by German newspaper Bild, reveal in detail the path to a Third World War with Putin using Belarus as a launching pad for an invasion - as he did in February 2022 for his war in Ukraine.

quote:

The release of the terrifying documents come just days after Sweden's civil defence minister warned that his country could soon face the prospect of war and urged citizens to join voluntary defence organisations in preparation for a Russian attack.

And Germany's defence leaders are also taking the threat from Moscow seriously, with the Bundeswehr preparing for a hybrid Russian attack on NATO's eastern flank by the summer of 2025.

The secret 'Alliance Defence 2025' document details how Russia will mobilise another 200,000 soldiers in Russia before launching a spring offensive against Ukrainian forces in Spring this year.

We’ll finally see how “valuable” all those amazing social programs are to Europe when total war forces them to fund their own militaries again.

It’s been nice not having to pay your NATO commitments, hasn’t it?

They're worried about the same Russia that's bogged down in Eastern Ukraine?

I suppose 1 and 2 could happen, although even 2 is unlikely. The rest of this is garbage. The funny part is that Germany prolly couldn’t put 10,000 troops in the field. How many serviceable combat aircraft do they have?

Russia would have no choice but to use nukes and Putin knows it. They've been fought to a standstill by Ukraine. Poland would probably whip that arse proper. Due to their declining demography, Russia winning a conventional war against Europe (even without the U.S.) is a mathematical impossibility.

Yeah ok, they are so worried they let their European armies atrophy to the point of uselessness.

It would be good to see the Wehrmacht back together again.

Gotta be German propaganda. They’re trying to build up their military and they need more people.

bullshite propaganda. Putin has done nothing to escalate. He could have continue to advance, he hasn't because he's not interested. He wanted to keep NATO off his border and take care of the Russian speaking population in the North who were being targeted by Ukrainian's.
America is the big instigator in this whole mess.

It’s not a bad idea if they actually do it. There is nothing wrong with a strong military everyone respects.

I think you're right but you also have to realize the core members of the EU would have to gear up for war psychologically, personnel and equipment. I'm not sure if the EU has all three of those requirements available to fight a major war without the US assisting.

I think they finally realized that they need a strong military. I don’t think Russia is stupid enough to start a war with NATO.

Putin is not threatening anyone. All the more reason for Trump. Biden (well, whoever has their hand up his arse, anyway) is trying really hard to goad Putin into more war.

I really hope so. It’s time for Europe to step up their defense spending. It benefits them and the US.
