What Powell actually said is "...reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact but view them only as claims that await testing by the courts through the adversary process..."
There are plenty of anomalies that occurred with those machines to warrant a full investigation of the claims she made. But not one judge allowed that investigation to take place. Nor did any election official agree to release the machines to be tested.

Kemp was not paid off by Dominion. He does deserve a heap load of criticism for doing nothing with election fraud, but being paid off by Dominion is just not true.
The story is that Kemp's Chief of Staff left staff and went to work for Dominion and paid a kick back to Kemp.
The Chief of Staff did leave Kemp's staff when Kemp was Ga Secretary of State. The gentleman that left was Chief of Staff for Sos Kemp from 2012-2015.
Kemp was elected Gov. in 2018 and assumed office in 2019. The budget for the new voting machines was approved by the GA Legislature during the 2019 legislative session. A legislative committee (Kemp nor any of his gubernatorial staff was on this committee) was appointed to solicit bids for the new machines. Dominion was the low bidder.
Kemp had nothing to do with GA going with Dominion nor did he receive a kickback.

The Georgia Republican party held its precinct meetings this past Saturday. Raffy could not even get elected as a delegate to the GOP Fulton County convention by his own Johns Creek precinct.
Congressman Jody Hice is going to run against Raffy for Sos in 2022. Hice will win easily in the primary.
Unfortunately, Hice is the ONLY GOP rep in DC that has a conservative voting record. All the other GA GOP swamp rats vote with Pelosi at least 40% of the time (including Barry Loudermilk). Hice was 85+% conservative votes. Hate to see him go and be replaced by a swamp rat.
The dilemma is Kemp. He has been pretty good on Covid. Really good family values policies. He totally fumbled the election fraud, and I just don't know if I can get past that.
I am hoping a staunch conservative primaries him and wins. If not, conservatives will not turn out 11/22 and vote for Kemp and Stacey will be our Gov.

Totally agree with you on this. He was and has been silent on the vote fraud.
I have friends in the Gov's office and they are completely tone deaf on the voter fraud frustration of their base.
Everyone could see what happened and as time has gone on, more and more evidence of GA voter fraud has come up, but, Kemp and his staff think the base will forget about it by 2022.
They could not be more wrong. There is not a more important issue than vote integrity and we will not forget how they went silent.
