Yeah, but as any of our usual suspect shysters who post here will tell you, she wasn’t required to present any of it to the grand jury. And she didn’t.

It's not just that. This is a piece of evidence favorable to Trump, but it doesn't end the case. The jury is supposed to weigh this with all the other evidence. This isn't a kill shot.

Ultimately, it is the role of the petit jury (not the grand jury) to decide what weight should be given to such evidence.
