There are tons of these types of stories out there and not just from Reddit
These people have to insert something in their wound/fake vag daily to stretch it and keep it from healing. I have no doubt an open wound smells like shite.

It is my understanding that “gender-affirming” surgeries and treatments are reimbursed at very generous rates by insurance plans.

How could anyone think that this would NOT ruins one’s sex life. And that’s an interesting statement given that presumably the mentally ill “patient”’s sex life could not have been great to start with, assuming this nutcase thought he or she was the wrong sex.
