I know the woman's economic views are insane, but welcome to France. So are Macron's. First things first. The French need to take back their country. Make no doubt about it; at its core, this mass influx of "refugees" and other migrants is all part of a plan by global elitists to destroy the very essence of Europe. They want Europe to implode so they can more easily control the whole continent.

Not even sure how effective Le Pen can be at this point, but at least she will make every effort to do so. A win by Macron will probably seal France's fate for the foreseeable future.

All American patriots should stand with Le Pen

You have every right not to give a damn about Europe turning into a cesspool.

I do give a damn.

Glad to see you so strongly support a person with such strong socialist policies. Let your closet communist come on out.

As I've already pointed out, dumbass, it's France. Reagan wasn't running. At least this woman is the anti-Merkel of Europe on immigration.

Capiche?

There aren't that many refugees in France. LINK

Somehow the refugee problem and the immigrant issues became conflated, and they two distinct things. The immigrant issues are older than the EU or any notion of globalism. It has to do with the lack of integration of former colonial subjects.

Learn to read. I alluded to more than just a refugee problem.

You said mass influx of refugees and other migrants. You didn't acknowledge they are distinct issues. Nor did you acknowledge that the immigrant issues have existed in earnest since the 60's, predating the EU and notions of globalism.

Sure.

You're the a-hole who actually linked a post of mine FROM 5 YEARS AGO the other day. Your obsession with me is creepy, you little bastard. Here you are again, immediately trying to make something personal with me.

I'll never understand why the admins let serial trolls like you get away with your stupid shite.

Macron's economic views are relatively moderate- dude was a banker his viewpoint on the economy would fit in well with the Mnuchins and Kushner's of tue Trump Administration.

Le Pen's economic views aren't super shocking in that they fit well with historical fascist views (state shares and input but not outright nationalization of heavy industry, crackdown on banks, etc)--a French eqyivalent of a Junker even gifted her family a palatial estate back in tye day for their efforts to stamp out Democracy-- that said they would be massively aberrant for a modern major state.

It was from 2.5 years ago, but it was a hysterically memorable thread. And a poster alluded to it so I actually provides the reference. There isn't a statute of limitations.

I simply started a thread Here, a-hole. You're the one who completely ignored the subject and made it personal.

You have been getting away with being nothing but a punk-arse troll for years on this board.

Yeah, I care more about France than America. Good catch there, Columbo.

I didn't ignore the subject. Le Pen supports higher corporate taxes, government takeover of banks, and restrictions on religious liberty for everyone.

Those policies are close to authoritarian ideologies like communism or fascism, and yet you are championing the person with those policy views.

Both candidates have issues.

• Folks that hate globalism and tend to nationalist views support LePen.

• Macron is a pro-EU guy and the leftist/globalist/progressives love the concept of further dilution of national identity.

The rest of it involving positions on taxes, investment, healthcare, etc. really doesn't matter in most voters opinion.

The French are a weak willed people and will therefore vote in Macron. Years from now, they will wonder why they are no longer "French." You get what you deserve and this global capitulation to unfettered immigration will be the ruin of any nations identity.

If given the unfortunate choice between communism and Sharia I'm taking the former every time.
