I'll answer it. I think these other countries are wise to be taking the precaution of restricting air travel. If Thomas Duncan had not been allowed to come here, we wouldn't even be facing this situation. The nurse here in Dallas wouldn't be battling Ebola, either.
I will say this, though. I've been reading some of NC Tigah's posts, and he is obviously very knowledgeable on medical matters. I don't know what NC's background is, but he must be in the healthcare business. NC thinks the screening process is the best way to go, so I'm rethinking my stance on the matter.
I'm for whatever would mst likely have kept Thomas Duncan out of the country, and what will be most effective in keeping future Thomas Duncan's out of the country. We get enough of these people with 50-100 "direct" contacts, and sooner or later this virus will spread.
