1) Immigration and the border: Biden will blame Republicans for the immigration and border crisis while outlining his plan to fix it
2) Democracy is at stake: Biden will argue that Republicans will restrict and take away the right to vote while also corrupting American institutions of government and using the powers of government for personal gain and empowerment
3) Abortion: Biden will warn of Republican measures to take away women’s rights and healthcare

Anyone who can’t understand that the Biden Administration is responsible for the border crisis for undoing everything Trump did is a complete idiot but these are liberals we are dealing with.

That is ALWAYS a good plan when Joe is speaking.
It was a good plan 40 years ago when the chance of some ridiculous frick up or absurd lie was at least 50%. Now, those odds are more in the 90% range. I think if Democrats were 100% sure they could get away with it they would allow the Biden robot from the Hall of Presidents at Disney World to give the SOTU speech.
