Former US Troops Punished For Refusing Covid Jabs, Sue Biden For Billions In Lost Wages

A lawyer who successfully brought down the anthrax vaccine is doing it again, this time with a lawsuit against the Biden regime on behalf of former US military servicemen who lost pay and benefits due to the government’s Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccine” mandate.
quote:
The three separate lawsuits are expected to be turned into a class action lawsuit representing all servicemen who were kicked out of the military or otherwise illegally ordered to stop drilling because they refused to roll up their sleeves for a round of COVID injections.
According to Saran, the amount of money being sought is in the “billions,” which he says is appropriate because “that’s what it is in backpay – it’s billions of dollars.”
quote:
Filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the three lawsuits will be heard in a specialized court where illegal discharges are heard.
“The Court of Claims has been around since the Reconstruction Era,” Saran noted about this little-known court. “It’s a very old court and kind of a weird one.”
“But in any event, you can go there if you’ve got a claim and say, ‘Hey, I was illegally discharged, or the military did something to impede my pay,’ or whatever. The Court of Claims is where you go.”
quote:
“They were basically [without] the benefit of any due process,” Saran says about the plaintiffs in the case. “No boards were held. They didn’t hold any administrative separation boards; they didn’t hold any hearings.”
“They didn’t do any federal recognition boards; none of the administrative or judicial procedures were used. They just flat-out did it. And then … they got the Coast Guard to follow along, and they got a bunch of Coasties, too.”

You mean suing us...
Just like immunity for mayors, school boards, etc.. The individuals who put measures into place that are illegal should be personally accountable for their actions.

DoD fricked up sending out that letter asking vax refusers to apply for reinstatement. Comes across as an admission of culpability.

Coming in to post the same; you beat me to the punch

Any objective person knows this to be true, however. These servicemen deserve every penny of the billions they seek. I normally hate lawsuits like this but this is legit

I thought it was impossible to sue the federal government.

Doesn’t exist in government. They never have skin in the game for their own policies.

Part of me says good for them. Long overdue.
Another part of me says as part of the military you do not have a right (it was surrendered voluntarily) to refuse. In the military it is not "my body, my choice"... your arse belongs to them.
I'd rather see it coming from any non-military corner, public or private. Nurses, teachers, public service bureaucrats, etc. Of course the ones that should be suing were the left's allies in the Covid boondoggle. It would be sweet to see them turn on them. However...

You have to get permission from the Govt. to sue the Govt. Its odd but happens all of the time.

Reinstatement and back pay should be mandatory. I released a video on this a long, long time ago. DoD has a very long history of doing this stuff and no one is ever held accountable.

Wellllll they kinda are.
Not to mention thousands in the private sector who do contract work for DOD

This really does need to be figured out for sure. Especially when we are seeing localities signing off on things that can cause problems like drone deliveries, electric scooters and autonomous vehicle testing.
I don't have a problem with the servicemen getting their due, but I do dislike the percentage the law firms get.

I get your point, but wasn't there an exemption process, be it religious or others? One thing the lefties did was destroy the concept, and became the arbitrators of what is one religious belief and not. The least religious political faction shouldn't have had the power to judge ones beliefs.

how did they manage to kick out that many people so easily? usually takes around 4 months to fully transition out of the military. when I was in the process of getting out, had to literally sign out of all the facilities, turn in every single piece of gear. that process in itself was no cakewalk.
also in the process of transitioning every military personal is required to start their VA process. I had an appointment with audiology, mental health, traumatic brain injury, eye, back, knee, exposure to toxic substances. had to wait around 90 days for my full VA evaluation appointment.
if these service members got kicked out without going through any of this, rights have been violated.

This is not true. Even in service you still have rights, diminished sure, but not all your rights are just thrown out because your under a contract.
