all trump has to do is get 3 things done to be better tan bush. almost there already....that's how shitty bush was. TPP is dead. NAFTA about to be reneogiated. Wall funds appropriated already and scheduled to start in march.

That's 3 things. Wait til trump nominates a conservative SCOTUS justice from his list.

bush did 2 things. lowered individual income taxes and put in sam alito. THAT'S IT!

people calling trump a failure if he doesn't bat 1.000% are political morons.

I hope Trump gets done almost everything he promised, but shooting off your mouth and making bold promises, only to start backtracking before taking office is classic beta.

Illegal immigration has been trending downward since the recession started. This is not new.

Not at all. Having blind allegiance to candidates where you can't fairly judge their actions is usually a sign of progressives. I'm a conservative and unfortunately for me, I didn't have a conservative to vote for. I'm kind of shocked that conservatives would be hesitant to call a spade a spade because of hero worship.

Asking questions based on a speculative NBC news article supposing that Trump might keep 2 popular parts of the ACA? That's waffling?

Trump saying in an interview on Friday that he may simply amend the ACA instead of repealing and replacing is absolutely waffling.

Newt Gingrich saying that Trump probably won't spend too much time trying to make Mexico pay for the wall but saying he would was a "great campaign device" is waffling.

He would be waffling if he amends instead of repealing and replacing. Go look at the interview he gave on Friday and tell me it isn't a little different from his campaign promises

Listen to what Newt and Rudy and other advisers are saying since the election

Trump needs take action after taking office. Talking now accomplishes nothing except putting your enemies on notice.

Trump's talk NOW should be mostly disinformation. Talk like you will waffle. Talk like you will be weak and indecisive.

THEN after you take office, STRIKE like lighting with investigations and adverse action all over the damn place.

He needs to sit back and be an adult while news cameras cover the snowflakes burning cars and vandalizing businesses. This is how he reinforces himself in the minds of the voters who entrusted him with their votes.

He seems to be doing that so far.

Here is your link and quote. BTW, I'm not a lib. I voted for Trump.

quote:

On President Obama’s health-care law, for example, Trump said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal on Friday that he would like to keep some parts of the law intact and may seek to amend the statute rather than repeal it. Trump said he came to the conclusion after Obama, during Trump’s Oval Office visit Thursday, suggested areas of the law that should be preserved.
