For those that haven’t been following this, it’s been coming a long time. Most suspected this would happen eventually.

If only JBE in Louisiana would have the balls to take control of Nola and do similar things to change things around. I won't be alive when the city changes though if it ever will. There should never be a "failure to prosecute" criminals should be in jail and in jail for a long time.

Good for DeSantis.

He demands accountability and is holding her to it.

Any government employee that doesn't do his or her job should be removed. Sleepy, corrupt, traitor, Joe, I am looking at you and all your cronies.

This could be done around the country. I have little doubt that several Soros DAs in Louisiana could be impeached and removed from office if the collective political will existed.

This is the type of action and results we have been seeing from DeSantis for the last 3 years in Florida and for some reason, no where else.

Trump wouldn't do things like this because he was afraid people would have said mean things about him.

Virginia has been making some good moves lately. Not quite on Florida's level, but it is nice seeing another state going back in the right direction.

If the details in that 40 page EO are remotely true concerning this judge's conduct, she should be more than suspended...

A quick search yielded Texas, Missouri, and Georgia.

That is good news. Now that you mention Missouri, I do seem to recall that St Louis Soro's DA having state problems. Haven't heard what is happening in Tx and Ga.

PS: Also now remember some recalls of Soro's DAs in California but I don't think any were successful. Dereliction of duty seems to be a direct, quick and efficient method of removing Soro's DAs for red states.

Sure, but when he did it...was he entertaining?!?

I mean, if he's not calling her names, or picking fights with the press, does it REALLY matter if what he did was great?

Central Florida LEO here.

She’s been negligent since the day she was sworn in. She really needed to go. The final straw was allowing a defendant out on bond who proceeded to commit a mass shooting downtown.

She gets what she deserves.

Yes, and yet, Desantis remains the only Governor in the US to remove a Soros DA, and he has now removed two.

No other Governor, to my knowledge, has removed a Soros DA from office.
