Ferguson Residents Protect Stores from Looters During Police Standoff

Maybe, but that's not relevant. What's relevant is the continued opportunism of trying to smear all "black people" with the actions of a few.

You said," blacks don't like to loot", which is a generalization like saying," blacks love to loot." But to say that many blacks in that town didn't chose to loot is absurd. And many seemed to be enjoying the act.

He said "blacks" dont like looting. Stating that it is incorrect for people to say blacks, implying all blacks, like looting.
Often comments are made of blacks do paint with too broad of a brush.

Uhhh. Maybe I'm wrong, but I could have sworn I saw footage this morning of a ransacked "Furgeson Market" or whatever the name of that store MB robbed was.

Here is a better question; what percentage of the people looting were black? And when there are cases of looting in America, what percentage of the looters are black?

This is a prime example of why the second amendment is so important. What would the law abiding citizens do if all of the police in the country went on strike or refused to do their jobs?
I support any American that protects their business/ home/ family with full automatic firearms if needed. The only way one citizen would fight off 100 rioters/ looters is to have more firepower than they do. Those that say there are no reason for an American citizen to own automatic weapons should wake up and take note of what has transpired here.

Enough to ransack 4 stores including the poor bastards whose only crime was getting robbed and manhandled by the wrong kid.
But he should be thankful for his destruction, because after 4 hours of it they started to stop.

It's a shame citizens have to protect their property without the help of police who are standing by watching it happen.
Should be used by the NRA to combat any gun control measures.

So what you're saying is that blacks don't riot in their own neighborhoods, burning and looting when something like this happens? Damn Bro, even blacks laugh at each other over this. Kat Williams, DL Hugley, Richard Prior and on and on. It's so prevalent that they put it into their stand up routines.

Big in all seriousness Scrub, I don't think very many people at all think that 'all black' people like looting or think that 'most black' people do. And in this type of crime, the minority greatly outshines the majority in terms of perception.
That being said, it would be ignorant to ignore the clear historical trends with this type of violence and to pretend it is not significantly more of an issue with certain cultures then others. That is really not undeniable. Doesn't mean 100%, doesn't mean 50+1, but it means a material enough amount that this happens over and over again.
And yes it is great some people started standing up after hours of it, but that doesn't absolve what happened. After a week of vicious complaining and attacking of the police and claims they were the problem and instigator - the city's citizens was given Carte Blanche control and the city burned. People lost their livelihood. And the world watched.

I agree but during the time I was watching the feed, this group was very well behaved and evidently didn't even need any weapons. In number, they were just blocking the entry. One guy was holding a used tear gas "grenade" that he had picked up after it had been hurled toward the crowd. Some people were asking to get a picture of it.
The phone of one of the protesters rang while he was being interviewed by a reporter. He said something to the effect of, "it's my mother, will you talk to her and tell her that I'm being interviewed, that I'm helping and not getting into any trouble?" And the reporter spoke with his mother and vouched for him.

You can bet if the store owner would have gunned down 15-20 of these "protesters", the mob would want him prosecuted to the fullest.
