FedGov Acts to Compel Theology Changes: How Soon is Now?

Premise:
According to the US Radical Left, the Christian Religions that exist in the USA have a Theology that directly offends Transgender Rights. The Christians have a Holy Book that insists on the offensive and arguably illegal denial of many Federally-recognized and protected genders, including Transgender.
Also, some Christian Religions in the USA make money by providing health care at their facilities, but, they refuse to offer Abortions and other critical health care for whomever may desire such services.
Place yourself in the hypothetical position of a hypothetical current or future White House Staffer. You are the "Project Team Leader" whose job it is to offer legislative and regulatory initiatives to POTUS and Congressional Leaders. The POTUS and Congressional leaders want these initiatives to DIRECTLY target the Christian Religions that refuse to alter their Theology, and thus refuse to recognize Transgender Rights and refuse to perform abortions in their health care facilities. POTUS wants your proposed Initiatives to COMPEL the Christians to change their illegally discriminatory practices.
Suggest an Initiative or two that you can conjure up that might be proposed to your Bosses.
How soon is now? In what year do you suppose that some young and energetic WH staffer may actually receive such an assignment?

I find it quite interesting but have been working all day and just now have had a break.
The OP poses several questions and is unclear about which should be answered first.
What would you suggest as legislation? Or how soon is now? Are we already there?
The transgender movement is normalizing the practice of denying reality. In denying reality, facts will no longer matter, and the party in power will be able to go after whatever they want.
So to the OP’s question, continue pressing the transgender agenda until it is accepted by enough to where the idea of denying science, or selectively choosing it, is no longer objectionable. Once ignoring reality as a requirement becomes standard practice, they can go after whatever they want.

My OP puts the reader in the position of proposing activities that would put TEETH into the Equality Act.
What kind of additional legislation, or FedGov regs, or Executive Orders can you think of that would put TEETH into the Equality Act such that these Christian schools and hospitals will either stop discriminating against Transgenders and people who want abortions, or go out of business. What kind of initiatives are necessary to put the US Dept of Justice Civil Rights Division on notice that POTUS wants these Christian schools to either STOP teaching discriminatory Theology and STOP discriminating against Transgendered female athletes or go out of business.
The USA is just about set to become an effective attack dog against Christianity, and, I'm challenging the thinking person to come up with ideas on exactly how that might happen - what are the mechanics of these attacks?
How soon is now? At what future point can you see The United States of America and Old Glory become one of the most aggressive persecutors of Christian Theology in history?

Can you give a link to this as I’d be very interested in it. I’m really doubting this is the case though as I worked in the billboard industry for years and that is a clear 1st amendment violation. There may be a case where a board with that came down because of not being permitted but I’d be shocked if they tried to ban based on content.

FedGov can promote the activity of private citizens suing the Christian schools and hospitals with the right regulatory additions to the Equality Act. Also, FedGov could craft or amend the Act to provide DoJ with clear authority to criminally prosecute these Christians for not complying with the Equality Act.

One of the things COVID did was seriously harm churches. Less attendance, less money to use.
With a financial assault preceding a political one, the media controlling the public message and the corporate influence to restrict any social media coordination there will be many (I’d say most) who just put their heads down and try to survive.

I’m not giving you any ideas Biden, nice try.
TBH, you could just end any recognition of religion in the county (besides worship of Duh Science, and Global Climate Change), then when the USSC strikes it down (if they even try to strike it) just pass a new one and don’t stop.
