That’s some pretty damn sound reasoning.

I have to give Draino credit. He did it a bit more succinctly.

From what I have seen, if we leave out some of the judgmental commentary, Scharff presents an entirely reasonable extrapolation of the facts.

Things continue to build up against the Biden's, maybe it will be enough to tip the scales of justice the correct direction. So much of this administration's corruption continues to be exposed and it screams to be dealt with.

Sounds like the judge was telling the lawyers that she was not going to be party to a bullshite plea deal that basically would have her on the record for absolving all potential future prosecution.
DoJ does not look good in this.

These are some corrupt and brazen SOBs.

You should probably go back and rethink this now that we have the actual plea bargain available to read. At least Scharff had the benefit of only going by what he was told. You posted this 9 hours after we had it available. What's your excuse?
Edit: Heck we have the transcript and the Judge herself own words on it now. AggieHank you really are amateur hour over here.

He has none. He has ego and arrogance.
Hank, "Oh Lovie Dear, please pass the Grey poupon...I am about to beat some rube a$$ on TD".

He’s a pretend lawyer. Let him pretend.

I’m not a lawyer but I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before. I would agree that is nice summary and explanation.

Agreed with but still voted down.

All my life I thought prosecution and defense were on opposite sides of the issues.

OK, I have given it more thought, and I still think he has presented a reasonable extrapolation from known facts.
Do you really not understand that I agree with you here? JFC.

We’ve been told no one is above the law.
DOJ continues to prove Dems are in fact above the law, while conservatives will be targeted for wiping their arse wrong.

I tried to find where I read but couldn't - one point was that this was orchestrated in order to keep the “ongoing investigation” open. Doing so keeps other scenarios of prosecuting other Bidens, off the table due to ongoing. I would guess at least until primaries or actual election.
Just throwing that out there for thought.

Based on what I read, I'd refer some lawyers for a judicial misconduct review.
They tried to snoball a Judge, got caught, and left embarrassed.

We literally have the judges own words on it from court available by the time you made the original post and she directly contradicts Scharf's assessment. I mean I guess if you think Scharf knows what the judge was thinking better than the judge? As for me, I'll go with the judge's opinion.

I've made no claim other than we now know Scharf's assessment to be wrong and that he has the benefit of being able to say he didn't know the actual plea bargain nor what was actually said in court. Nor did he have the opportunity or ability to know.
You meanwhile had the opportunity to know but chose to remain ignorant.

Exactly which of Scharf’s assessments do you contend the judge to have contradicted? Be specific with both the Scharf statement and the judicial contradiction. thx
