It becomes censorship to a certain degree.
But are we sure they are censoring those pages? They may have been trying to prevent something nefarious that neither Facebook nor the people who typically run the page would want.

That wasn't the point of my statement. My point was that Facebook willingly provided the NSA loads of information about its users without their consent. This is data that even most authoritarian regimes have some trouble obtaining, but the nature of Facebook makes all this metadata available to the government with a click of a button by a Facebook executive.

Because of Facebook, nothing is private anymore, which directly affects our 4th Amendment rights, as the court's guide for what is an unreasonbale search and seizure is dependent on whether or not there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. Facebook has created a generation of people who think nothing is private, that every detail of their life is public fodder. This to me is dangerous.

So is it your position that ALL Catholics are child molesters?

Not at all.

I was just following the standard flow of threads here. You know, outrageous hyperbole rather than substantive discourse.

Or does that only work when the statement is popular?

Yes, it is.

As long as it's not a baker. Christian bakers are exempt from this "freedom"
